Lo Storno is a historical restaurant of Pistoia, situated in proximity to the famous Piazza della Sala. The ambiance is typically Tuscan and comfortable. You can also sit outside on our veranda and experience the sounds and fragrances of the past that come up from the historical streets that surround us.

At the Trattoria Lo Storno you can try various specialties.
- antipasti, starters: Tuscan salamis, bruschetta, cheeses, carpaccio and salads

- first courses: spaghetti with tomato and basil, ribollita (Thick Tuscan Soup), Tagliolini pasta with fresh Truffle from San Miniato, Linguine pasta with fresh octopus, pappa al pomodoro (bread soaked in tomato and herbs), Starlings cooked with vegetables and other specialties

- second courses: baccalà all’isolana (dried salt cod), fresh fried fish, grilled sirloin steak with cannellini beans, stoccafisso alla livornese (Livorno style fish stew), pork liver with greens.
