In January 2010, the partners of the renowned and historical restaurant Osteria dei Cavalieri, opened the Sosta dei Cavalieri in the same road Via San Frediano.

A small restaurant with a capacity to seat 25, it's decorated and furnished in warm and welcoming, solid walnut. A cellar which appears to follow all the rules for storing wine in excellent conditions, gives the impression, straight away that there is a high quality and sought after selection of vintages on offer at the restaurant.

The Menu often changes according to the availability and the raw ingredients in season, such as fish dishes “di mare” (strictly fresh fish, and no frozen or farmed fished whatsoever), classic meat dishes “di terra” following the Pisan and Tuscan traditions, a rich array of dishes create by 2 chefs and a sought after selection of salami and cheeses.

The restaurant is located in the historical centre of Pisa, near the beautiful square, Piazza dei Cavalieri and a few minutes from the famous Piazza dei Miracoli.
