The Toscanelli restaurant of Pistoia is the continuation of the true gastronomic tradition and excellence that the Morosi family have ensured since 1946, the year they opened the first “Toscanelli” in Padua. The Toscanelli tradition is to safeguard the importance of local old fashion dishes that represent the opulence, quality and freshness of the selected ingredients.

On the menu you will find:
Sea food dishes such as trabaccolara alla viareggina, Salted Cod cooked in the Viareggio way, Freshly fried fish, squid, and vegetables, Tartare of raw fish flavoured with Mediterranean spices.
Dishes of the land, like fried chicken, rabbit cooked with cream sage and vegetables, “Toscanelli”Steak Tartare finely chopped and seasoned with the traditional seasoning of International cookery.
