Situated in the renaissance quarter of Pistoia just a short walk from the Duomo, the Santo Palato restaurant is situated in one of the city’s historical buildings.

The Chef looks after the customers with dishes of every type, from typical Tuscan cookery to individual dishes for special evenings and of course, let's not forget the unmissable Italian Piazza.
You can also try our starters such as fillet of plaice filled with buttered vegetables with pea cream, Calamari and Prawns flavoured with rosemary and Chickpea cream. Octopus with Potato, and Tasting dishes of Seafood.

Amongst the special first courses there are Ravioli with squid ink filled with fish and served with Pumpkin and prawn sauce. Lobster risotto flavoured with Prosecco. Lasagannette pasta with vegetables Ricotta cheese and crispy courgette and fresh tomato.
Of course, in a Tuscan Restaurant not to be missed are the meat dishes such as Florentine style steak, Sliced seared steak, Pork Fillet with porcini mushrooms and chestnut polenta.
For fish lovers, Risotto with scampi and prawns, mixed fried fish, lobster.
For those with a sweet tooth there is Chocolate Flan with cream, Apple Charlotte with Calvados, Creamy White chocolate and toasted almond pudding. Apple tart with drops of Passito wine.

The restaurant is also famous for the eccentric pre dinner drinks, that draw people from all parts.
