Ours is an ancient profession: giving pleasure to the guests at our table.

We would like to evoke with words all the wealth of a cuisine exalted by the perfumes and colours of a generous land, a cuisine rooted in the best Tuscan Traditions, which enriches its nuances with the continuing search for new and increasingly intense sensations.

We would like to be able to describe the richness of our game starter and the intensity of the perfumes in our fresh Porcini mushrooms or truffles, the proud companions of our handmade Pasta; we would like to express in the most suitable words the suberb flavour of our Roasts, and the smooth refined nature of our Fillet alla Catalana…we could try to describe all this; we are not writers, but creators of flavours!

We could try to evoke the rich, fresh flavour of our Swordfish Carpaccio with fresh fruit, and the intensely harmonious flavours of our fresh Pasta alla Marinara; we could try to tell you about the generosity of our Sea Bass all'Isolana and the sophisticated sweetness of our Scampi alla Catalana…but we prefer to invite you to discover all our flavours for yourselves: the most pleasant of surprises!
