The restaurant La Buca, with over 32 years of experience, offers its customers express cuisine, using only seasonal produce, fresh and genuine. La Buca offers delicious traditional Tuscan cuisine. The specialties range from Chianina beef, to fresh fish, seasonal vegetables, all accompanied by a winery that boasts over 200 wine labels, including Pisa, Tuscany, Chianti wine and the most appreciated wines.

Jovine Carmine is one of the most renowned chefs in Pisa, is vice president of Pisan Chefs. La Buca can accommodate up to 70-75 seats, in a renovated August 2009 place, air-conditioned, private rooms with the possibility of offering its customers to consume a full menu of tasting wines at the tasting, or choose from among the various succulent dishes.
