Arcobaleno restaurant is in a small village, 13 km from Pistoia, in the green hill of San Mommè, near the train station in just over an hour easily leads Florence or Lucca and Pisa.

In our kitchen we use mostly local products: the recipes are simple ones of the mountains of Pistoia, enriched with olive oil Pistoia, produced from olives of Pistoia, with recommendations for local wines. Honey Frassignoni and in general of the mountain, sweets made by the ladies of Pianecci, sweet chestnut of Silvana, our national pork, vegetables of the farmer.

Arcobaleno restaurant is a great Farm ecolabel certified by the European Union and the Ministry of Environment.

We expect to enjoy fine cuisine with the flavors of the region.
